Reserved items - $25 registration fee for first item and $5 for each additional item. If a reserved item is sold, the "reserved fee" is refunded and a 10% "selling price" commission is charged. Maximum commission charged is $200 per item, regardless of "selling price".
Consigned or unreserved items - No minimum price declared, no fees, just 10% commission on high bidder "selling price." Commission not to exceed $200 per item, regardless of "selling price." Donated items - No fees, just the satisfaction of helping your community. Some details:
Advertising: Send us a photo by April 15, so that we can advertise your item for you in local papers and on this web site! Send a photo with a brief description by email or mail it to: Chapple Realty, P.O.Box 795, Delton, MI 49046. Photos sent after April 15 will only appear on this web site. Will accept consignment items until May 7, at 6:00pm.
Where and When to bring your item: Bring your item to the white building behind the Moose Lodge (2 miles north of Delton on M-43 - see map).
Tips for Buying: Come early on May 8 to check the items out. Ask us to help you - we will start machines, if we can, and give honest opinions about what you are considering. Terms: cash, travelers checks or personal checks with proper photo ID. No out-of-state checks without acceptable bank letter of credit.
